Nice photo of this small and interesting butterfly.

Here in Denmark we hardly had any freezing temperatures this winter, except the last five days, where everything is covered in snow. Very unusual

An excellent photo Nikola. Interesting hexagonal eye-shape - appears to be flat, or is that just an optical effect

I think its a Small Skipper isn't it?

Thanks folks! :D
Bruce, I'm not sure about exact species and can't remember much about eye features but as I remember he was literally small. :D

Nikola,

My apologies for using the British common name "Small Skipper" in my last posting  . Of course Thymelicus sylvestris is likely have a different common name in different countries .

For my own interest, I checked its distribution and although absent from Ireland, it is almost universal throughout the rest of Europe as far north as the Baltic States and Denmark and east to the Urals. Also in North Africa and the Middle East.
