Pyromorphite from Broken Hill...
Broken Hill is famous for its spectacular minerals. This is an exceptionally nice green pyromorphite (a lead phosphate mineral).

Thanks Doug. I took a whole heap of photos yesterday and today using that setup so I might find another one or two to post...beetleman wrote:Very beautiful green on that specimen Steve and a great looking studio shot also. The light box you build is working perfectly IMO. I like the gradiant it makes in the background.

This is a beauty, I've never seen one like it! Great subject, well photographed. The light box is nice indeed.
I actually think brussel sprouts are okay...Had never had them until I was in my late teens and early 20s, when I ate a lot of institutional food for awhile (University dorms and Army mess halls, not the type of institution you were thinking!) and we got sprouts a lot 'cause they were cheap! But I actually developed a taste for them in moderation.
