better you than me. I hate wasps, but that rev50 setup works extremely well for you. This shot reminds me of one of Mark Plonsky's images.

Very spectacular shot. Are you using ringflash also here, as I saw in the eyes of your jumping spider?

That is a wonderful shot to look at Jody…. sorry for being newbie but is rev 50 1.8
what I think it is...a reversed lens mounted on to an existing lens ..if so then I must try this as I feel with all my tubes and 50m lens I'm not getting close enough to my subjects

Not on this one. I just used the Gary Fong Lightsphere II. Here is a pic of my rig.

Your system is very effective. Thank you for saring the datails about it. I use Canon 100mm macro + 50mm reversed now.
I will definetly try my Tokina 80-200 F2,8 with a reversed lens also. I have time to experiment in winter time. :)
