Yes this ones are all under a coverglass.
To get the distance, I used as a spacer small spots of wax.
And it is not possible when they are alive.

Harald,
all images except the second one were done without microscope lightning.
I used two lights beside to illuminate.
The second one is polarization and illumniation from this lights mixed.

Alle are stacks, but not the Sinura spec. This one is done with 100 lesne DIC with flash.
Three others done with the 40 lense in DIC.
