My 50x lens says: Depth of Field (μm):0.90 so I suppose I need to have steps of less than 1/3 of a micron to use that properly. That's very small. Oh dear.

Do you know if any of them are good enought to work with a 50x objective? I mean from someone actually trying it and finding that it works?
