I use capture one pro for raw conversion. I like the batch processing that application provides. I don't sharpen in Capture one... I do apply deconvolution( different process to sharpening) before converting Raw to Tiff

its going off topic but its the mount... although I use an emount camera... I already have the LAEA-4 adapter that will mount the 200mm. Yes it is expensive but its a toss up between the original lanthar ( in A mount) and the minolta.

yes... but it also suggests to me the technique will not work with FF sensors... and might still show issues with APSc ( Nikkon and Sony perhaps less so with Canon)
