Second to last is great. Could be framed and hung in an art gallery.

OM 20 VS 25 Photar
Has anyone seen a direct comparison done on the Olympus 20mm f/2 versus the 25mm f/2 Photar?
Thanks,

Zerene Stack question
I've just downloaded the trial version of ZS. My images are 21 megapixels and my computer has 3gig of ram. It seems that is not enough memory to allow stacking of 16 bit tiffs at full res. Does anyone know how much memory I would need?
Thanks,
Dan

Spider with horns
In all my years poking around looking for critters I've never seen one of these before. Any idea what the species is? It was photographed in New Hampshire.

Nikon CFN PlanApo 4/0.20
It seems that the Nikon CFN PlanApo 4/0.20 would be a good choice and will probably out resolve my OM 20. Is it still available new? If not could you recommend a place to look? Is it my imagination or are infinity objectives more common?
Thanks,
Dan

DanielPBrown, welcome aboard! I'd like to hear about your technique also. Snowflakes are notoriously hard to handle but obviously you have it down cold (sorry!). I assume you're talking about the Olympus 20 mm f/2 bellows macro lens, like HERE . That is an excellent lens, best used wide open. The s...

DON'T TELL HIM, LADS!! At least not until he gives away a little of his technique! Well ok, just mho: I'd go for Nikon plan apo 4x NA0.2 160/0/17 objective, will push to more than 4x. The corners may go soft but your images are squarish. Worth trying the 4x NA0.13, which I think covers better. Then...

Snowflake Rig
Howdy all, this is my first post to this forum. I'm a professional fine art photographer. A popular subject of mine is snowflakes. I've been photographing them for about five years now. Here is a link to my snowflake gallery, http://www.danbrownphotography.com/galleries/thumbnails.php?album=13 I sta...
