Olympus objectiv

Hello,
who knows these objectives from olympus. I have the NCUVFL 10/0.4 160/0 and it is excellent for the incident fluorescence. I am looking for technical data on these lenses.I know that there are still 20x and 40x.

A not common solution ! But it works well now.
I made a small adapter, one side RMS and the other side 26mm screw fpr the NeoDPlan 10x. With this combination I have a very well uniform image.

Thank you again. Yes its the BH2-UMA! I made now this 4 images. I have no chance to get a "normal" NIC image. If I fit a 15mm tube between the prism and the objective, its more better, near perfect. So Olympus has made some technological changes in the years and made the same specification. This is ...

Thank you. I use the BH2-UMS illuminator and the UPO polarizer with the NIC mark facing forward. The analyzer UAN with the inscription "A" on top. I think this is ok. But the Nomarski prism is from 1983 ! So may be that this prism dont fit to the MSPlan 10x objective. The objective has a number : T6...

My next question. :D
I have an UTP530 slider.
http://img3.fotos-hochladen.net/uploads ... ymzil8.jpg
I know the effect for the middle filter for POL (red 1.). But what is with this ND12 gray-filter? Is this only for use with the DF cube?

Hello Craig,

it happens and I have the BH2-UMA with 4 MSPlan 2,5x - 50x.
2 questions. First, what is with the lense after the lamphouse? I have a UCLW and not the HCL.
Other question. How can I change the BF cube? and is it possible to get a DF cube?
The BH2-UMA works great!

Best regards

BH2-UMA Questions

Thank you for your link. Now the MS Plan and MD Plan data are more clear for me. Have you any photo from the BF and DF cubes? Are both in a BH2-UMA, or are this separate parts?

The title is better !

I know something about the objectives, MD MS with the RMS screw, but have no information about working distance and all the other data.

For the BH2-UMA I need data about the BF and DF cube.

Peter
