Hi Daniel, In my setup: Objective - DCR-150 = 5cm DCR-150 – Camera = 20cm Nikon recommends a distance of 10 cm between the microscope lens and a tube lens. But you can use both solutions separately or mixed.
I often combine parts of the microscope with the home-made setup.

Hi Lou, Biolam with the 20x lens has been used. What is interesting here is the fact that the radiolarians have been stacked completely from front to back, including the rear shell. This may seems a bit strange on the 2D images, but you can see it better on the 3D images: https://www.photomacrograph...
