Raw files won't download through cable

Hi there, today was my first pro job, photographing a bed and breakfast for a website. The shoot went well aside from shooting 2 frames then switching to raw (Duh) but the rest of it went great. When I went to upload them to the pc for some reason the card reader would not work. Fiddled with things ...

I have been avoiding shooting manual because I am not sure how to judge what shutter speed and apperture. Would hate to mess up a great shot because I chose to shoot manual instead of Av or Tv

Hi Dave, have done some experimenting over the weekend. I tried experimenting both with camera sync speed set at 1/200sec-1/250sec(it's 3am) and also some experiments with the camera sync set to auto, both set with AV now with auto some of the shutter speeds at f/11 dropped to 1/5 sec and darkish ba...

Hi there, these were from this morning, crawling around in the wet grass at 5.30-6.00am a bloke would have to be mad, but it was fun. I get some strange looks from those walking their dogs lol I have been still trying with the MT24-EX the use of flash is really great for macro. Would love some hones...

Thanks Joan and Bruce, from what I remember it wasn't too bad, I try to record things like this as close to real I think the beauty in nature is superb and doesn't need much help but that also depends on light of course.
