Re: Godox PB960 Users?

Hi, I use these Godox PB960 batteries for some time now without any complaints. Flashes I use are the Godox TT685 for Sony. Be aware that the cables used for the Godox TT685S Sony flash require a Canon cable! The flash output I use is 1/128 or 1/64 and that allows you to shoot 1000+ images. Best, Ri...

FS : Nikon Macro Nikkor 65mm f4.5 F/4.5 HL-5x Multiphot

I sell this Nikon macro nikkor 65mm lens since I never used it. I wanted to use it using the Nikon PB-6 bellows but sold this bellows a long time ago. Mechanical condition : everything is working, changing the aparture and using the ring for fine aperture changes works very smoothly. Optical conditi...

Do you know what type of strips you used? I have been thinking about trying them out for illumination. I just browsed through my email and found where i bought the led strips i used. http://www.ledtuning.nl/en/shop/product/733/led-strip-luxalight/led-strip-ip20-indoor/luxalight-led-strip-white-indo...

The texture has come up nicely. About what exposure times could you use with the LED strip? Hi, I just looked it up, exposure time was 1 second with ISO 200. I mounted the led strips (5500K) in a circle around the subject, and the circle has a diameter of about 25cm. I am able to control the illumi...

Hi, Finally had some time to figure out how to create images from deep stacks. I think this image is made of around 190 images. Combined using slabs of PMAX and DMAP. Led strips were used to illuminate the subject. Lens used a Mitutoyo 10x or JML Optical 21mm f3.5 https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7464...

These images look great and you did a really good job on setting up your LEDs. Can you show us your setup with the LED lights? I myself also started with LEDs for studio stacking purposes and would like to know how far your LEDs are positioned away from your subject? I use a metal ring on which i gl...

In addition to Rik's questions... Is this the original 5D? If so what shutter speed were you using? Mirror lock-up? Good camera and still takes great pictures but nowhere near as vibration free as many of the more recent Canon models that have an electronic first shutter curtain. Hi Charles, I am u...

Sawfly - First studio stack attempt

This is my first attempt at studio stacking photography that i am going to post on this forum. This forum has already helped me a lot with several aspects of this kind of photography like all the setups shown in several posts, and the lens tests. The setup is a vertical setup and i used the followin...

Hi Denis, Try to contact jotafoto, i recently bought an adapter i think he makes himself. He can send you pictures of the adapter as well, so you can have a look. With the adapter he makes, you have to place the jml inside the adapter. The jml lens is not able to move at all. The thread of the adapt...

When the lead screw is not attached to the shaft coupler are you able to turn the lead screw by hand? If not, the threads may be damaged causing the rotation to 'seize'. During my first attempt at making one of these units I managed to 'strip' the threads of a lead screw. I am able to turn the lead...
