Rogelio, I do find it interesting to watch the changes in my tank. I have it on my desk and can see it as I work on the computer. I spend a lot of time gazing into that tank. :)

For the price of a used 60D you can probably find a New T4i, or at least a New T3i. They are both second curtain, silent mode, and no vibration, and they do good video. I bought an EverFocus 720 TVL CCD Box camera. It works fine. If anything, it has too many in-camera settings, using little buttons on the back. My biggest problem with it, is it has a filter over the sensor, which I can get to, but It totally blocks off the actual sensor, which you can not get to be...

What is your system OS? I have bought a DVR, which does record nicely, but made in China, it uses some video format that n...

This is an update to an old thread. December 10th, 2010, it's now March 19, 2013 and this aquarium is still going strong. I have not broken it down, although I came close to it a couple times thinking it was dead or beyond recovery from infestations of algae and bacteria. Both were brought under con...

The first impression I get from seeing this is that the shells are porous. I thought they needed built in vents to get fresh water. Amazingly clear and sharp images.

I don't know. Did it act like a flat worm at all? Sliding along the glass? It seem to have a mouth in the center, like a planaria. Just a guess though. I have never seen anything like it.
