Could you show your set. I use Olympus BH-2 too and I think to start somewhen fluorescence. I have no experience in fluorescence so every tip is very appreciated.

Yes Calanoids are not so frequent as Cyclops. But I manage sometimes to find Calanoids as well.

It was taken with combined techniques of the illumination: dark field and polarized light. That is all, nothing more
