thank you very much. Image quality seems without any issues. And a last question . What objectives did you use for the initial photos? Are they modified by hoffman laboratories? Thank you It was a Hoffman Modulation Contrast HMC 40 Plan 0.65 na 160/0.17 objective plus the HMC 100 Plan 1.25 na 160/0...
