Very nice. Can you post a picture of the setup? I'm trying to imagine how one would stick a pin in a 3mm insect.

Elf, in this case the subject was just resting on it's side on a glass slide on a microscope stage. Camera mounted on Multiphot stand pointing straight down.

There is a shot of my rig over at fred miranda macro forum (I would like to tidy up a bit and reshoot before I post it here!!)

Very nice psocid shot Laurie. Also very nice photo rig setup; the Multiphot stand looks extremely stable.
