Hi everyone,

I took these closeups of an amaryllis several years ago. I have a total of about nine shots -- too many for today's posting.

What I have here are three pictures in color, each of which I have just converted to sepia. I am showing them next to each other.

I did not produce these pictures with any kind of scale. But I guess that the amaryllis is a pretty standard size, so we all have a good idea of the scale.

Hi everyone,

Here are three more pairs of my amaryllis photos, each pair consisting of a color and a sepia shot.

Tomorrow I intend to wrap up this series.

To be honest stanley these work best in colour. Except for the second from last which does look good as a mono subject.

Hi Cyclops,

Yea, I tend to agree with you.
