Hi Cyclops,

I was looking at your "macro in mono" photographs. That is a nice idea -- very artistic and still good closeups. I should consider converting some of my closeups to black-and-white also.

Wow! I had never even heard of Karl Blossfeldt. I just googled him, so now a whole new world of information has just opened up to me.

Yea he was quite a pioneer. I only came across him because I had to choose someone to study at college. I chose 3 photographers. Ansel Adams,Edward Weston(possibly my favourite photographer for his championing of photography as an art medium) and Blossfeldt.
