Well I'm confident it is a Diptera, bug with six legs and two wings !, but anyone know which species ? No bristles around the haltere, sharp kinks in 3rd and 4th veins, striped thorax, eyes black not red, yellow jowls. It is probably blindingly obvious to those who know
