This is a combination of two pano types. Zerene Stacker was used for focus stacking and Microsoft ICE for the overall stitch.
The overall image was shot by rotating around the entrance pupil with an exposure of f/16 at 1 second. Magnification was about 2.4X.
The center was stitched from 2 focus stacked frames at about 2X with 80 individual images in each. These were shot at f/5.6 and 1/6 second. Average change in bellows draw was 0.212mm for 0.07mm slices.
p.s. Image size is 6890x5429 or 20"x23". The original composition was about 4 times larger, but wasn't very pleasing

Excellent use of stacking to hold focus from foreground through the center part of the flower, then let the background go smoothly OOF.
