This is a Balitorid Loach that I have in our fish tank. It is a freshwater fish that inhabits fast flowing streams and has modified fins to act as suckers. These fish are extremely fast and need a high oxygen content, which is why I have both a filter and an airstone.
He's just over an inch long.
