On my way home this afternoon i went through the park to collect a sample of pondwater .
Back home i found this little cyclops swimming in my sample so it was time to setup the stage .
I used a microaquarium i made a few weeks back . (i read about it on this forum .)
I used a Luxeon star for illumination and the rodenstock on a pentax autobellows .

Looks like it, but this is a female!

Thanks for the info Rik! I suppose I wasn't _that_ far off really! :)

From Rik's link the size is somewhere between 1/2mm - 3mm so pretty tiny, nice captures!
