Spider from the Mojave Desert

Post by salden »

At least that is where I am at the moment. Found this guy crawling in the desert bush around one of the monitoring stations I was auditing. It is a jumper, but not sure which one. I did not have my flash rigged up and he was deep in the bush.

For such small creatures they have unusally big fangs! I like the second shot. :D What kind of monitoring station, monitors what in the middle of the desert Sue? Enquiring minds want to know  :?:

Yes I understand that curiosity killed the cat.

You can ask but then she'll have to kill you. Nifty salticid, I just forget which one it is.
