if i have to make a guess, some sort of mayfly. I think if you look into that more, you will find the name for it :)
Cool pic btw, i had trouble getting the tail thingies in the photo. Good to see that there is someone who can do it.

Yep, I second that, a Mayfly and a good shot of one too! :D Better hope they don't mate enmass around your garden. It has been reported that dead males can accumulate up to a few inches in depth, after mating the males die. I would venture that the wives of fly fisherman think that's a good idea but no legislation has been considered in regards to that, at least not yet. :-k
