Thanks for the kind words. The left and right views come from two stacks shot from two different viewpoints about 6 degrees apart.

There are lots of ways to shoot good stereo, including a "cha-cha" method for shooting live subjects, described HERE.

Of course there are a lot of fine points about lighting and geometry that crop up in critical work.

But for most purposes, pretty much any technique works fine as long as you get two views a few degrees apart that can be laid up directly side by side, with no vertical offset.
