In reaction on the post by Graham. This a Lembadion. It is scoop shaped and has a well developed undulating membrane. I think it feeds on Halteria. You need a big scoop to capture those! :)

Thanks for the clear image Wim!

Graham's specimen doesn't have a very big scoop area like the Lembadion does.
