Ok,

Here are some images - single frame.

It is a feather that blew in through the doorway, so I poked a lens at it.

Left to right.
Image 1: Rosco backlight with an SB28 Speedlight @ 1/64th used for top lighting.
Image 2: Rosco backlight only.
Image 3: SB28 @ 1/64th toplight only
Image 4: 2 x Rosco used for backlight and toplight - no flash.
