Sometime ago I found a used Nikon CFI Plan 10x/0.25NA. Till now I haven't used microscoop objectifs.
Here my first trial (and error :D ). Not as crisp and detailed as what the 'spêcialist' are showing here. Though I am reasonably happy with it, I have still a lot to learn....

I think this is just great.
The details and light works just fine.
Don´t know if there is a better way to do these shots...
