Just thought I would share a method in cleaning up some beetles I have.
I had some Sodium Percarbonate laying around in my garage from my brewing days and thought I would give it a try.
I let the beetle soak for about 30mins and well the results speak for itself.
Sodium Percarbonate - The main active ingredient in Napisan without the bleach and other stuff.
Sodium percarbonate is the 100% active ingredient so it is a very powerful cleaner. Sodium percarbonate uses active oxygen to penetrate carbon or protein soils and has a high kill rate on wide range of microorganisms making it an effective sanitiser as well as cleaner. Rinses easily, non-toxic, environmentally safe, food grade elements. It decomposes into oxygen, sodium carbonate and water.
I do not have a sonic cleaner and at $AU $5.00 a bag, it will last a lifetime

I only used less than a 1/4 teaspoon in around 200mls of water or sorjlittlefield wrote:Very impressive! What concentration did you use?
