Stacked Lady

This a stack of about 60 images cobbled together in zerene. I shot it on a Sony a6000 with a focus rail and an Amscope 4x on 100mm of extension tubes.

Your methods seem to have worked well, judging from the lack of obvious focus banding.

What focus rail and stepping technique did you use, to get 60 evenly spaced steps with this size subject?

I used a manual focus rail with constant LED lighting. I'll have to wait to look up Exif data til the morning. Thanks for the reply.
