Componon - microscope turret combo

Finalized version of the Componon/microscope turret combo for the studio setup head, maybe somebody will find it useful.

Adapters:
RMS-M26
M26-M42
DIY male M43 to male M42

DIY male M43 to male M42 is made from two step-up adapters - 43->52 and 42->49. They can be easily pressed in to each other (plus some epoxy). Using the same method I made a low profile cheap M42x0.75 reversing ring (42-52 & 42-49)
