At least I am assuming that is what it is. The entire insect was about 3 mm in length, what you are seeing here is approximately one half that.

Yes, it belongs to the Auchenorrhyncha, for sure, but its a nymph so its a bit hard to tell exactly where it belongs. I think I can make out some carinae between the eyes, so maybe the family Delphacidae?
