Rat bones

Post by Liney »

Perhaps not the most enticing of subjects, but while clearing out an area of the garden I came across a rat skeleton.

The first image is a set of neck bones, the second the front gnawing teeth and nasal passages (I know, the depth of field isn't very good). I deliberately didn't clean it up, it seemed a little delicate and I wanted to capture the way I found it.
