I found these beautiful creatures floating around the plankton near Espiritu Santo Island.
Darkfield works great with transparent subjects like this one!!!

Raul,

The lighting is superb! Not being familiar with the subject, I have no sense of scale at all. What's a rough estimate of the size?

Tnx Charlie,
The field is 2.5 mm wide (aprox 100X). For the light; I used two custom made, resin casted condensers for illuminating from both sides, so it is more like an "oblique" resource than a darkfield one.
