More Bubbles

One more shot of what I'm calling bubbicular lensing. These bubbles formed on the leads of a integrated circuit. Its interesting to see the copper leads through the bubbles. The image also shows that bubbles clearly are not all circular and can take different shapes depending on what they are attached to.
Walt

All images 16x on camera sensor. 10x objective.
Canon 50D on Leitz Ortholux microscope.
Zerene and Photoshop processing.

Walt,

Nice image, bubbles with ICs..now that's creative thinking Laughing

Long ago there was a bubble memory technology that never quite made it, these were magnetic bubbles though Rolling Eyes

Best,

Mike
