Cochliopodium is an amoeba with "bell" shaped and a large hyaline edge, covered by a layer of fine scales (the tectum).
That of the video measures about 23um (0.023mm) in diameter.
We found it in the freshwater
Immersion 100X with 3X zoom and phase contrast.
