Some of my weed seeds

Post by Stawroncs »

Hi Guys!

I've been doing some stacks for a while now and I've learned a lot from these forums. I thought I share some of my work, please feel free to comment on them.

Hibiscus trionum seed - The plant is called "Flower of an Hour", because the flowers only open for an hour or so per day.

Smartweed (Persicaria maculosa) seed: it can remain dormant in the soil for over 45 years regardless of its small size.

Seed of the velvetleaf (Abutilon theophrasti). While its parts are consumed in Asia, it can cause a serious weed problem in corn in Eastern Europe and North America.

Seed of the Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus). Its flower is the national flower of South Korea.
