will high NA lens work well with 100/135mm tube on aps-c?

Post by JohnyM »

As in topic, i wonder if lenses like Nikon PlanFluor 40/1.3 Oil, PlanApo 20x0.75 and PlanApo 10/0.45 would work well if i replaced binocular head with Aps-c camera with 100 or 135 mm (tube) lens.
Microscope would be equipped with DIC and fluorescence attachments so objective wouldnt be sticked close to the lens. Would this include any optical aberrations? Can anyone hint me about eventual vignetting?
