From my reading they are parasitic on the ants.
Likely belong in the genus Oplitis.

I was collecting ants today (doesn't everybody?) and found these two beauties, 1 each attached to two ants; on the leg joints.
From my reading they are parasitic on the ants.
Likely belong in the genus Oplitis.
