Hi Charles,
wonderful captured zigzag Tabellaria with the perfectly arranged mucilage pads which hold the cells together, I really love it.
I wondered, what I find "wrong" with image 2 and 4, now I got it : The DIC contrast is inverted, it seems, the lighting comes from the lower side....
