Upgrading Brightfield BHS to DIC/Nomarski

-SPlanApo 100x Oil (1.4 N.A.)
-BH2-AAC Aplanatic-Achromatic 1.4 N.A Brightfield Condenser
-WHK 10x 20 L Eyepieces
-NFK 2.5× LD 125 Photo Eyepiece
-Diagnostic Instruments PA1-10A SLR Camera Adapter

One of the many reasons I bought a BHS was for the option to someday equip it for Nomarski/DIC. I have begun to look over this manual:

but I wonder if one or more members here could provide a quick list of the components I would need, with some commentary on which of them will be the hardest to find and/or most expensive, or any other special information I ought to know.

I have DIC set up on mine, it took a very long time to find the components, You need an intermediate attachment and a DIC slider (slider is very expensive). And you need a universal condenser with the appropriate DIC prisms installed, My condenser was an older model that came with the standard prisms and some phase contrast rings installed, these can't be changed unlike the universal condenser. Anything DIC related is silly money though. I'll find the part numbers for the bits I have later
