Did you use cover slip? What objective magnification was used?

Zzffnn, I filmed it in a petri dish using a stereo microscope.
I first tried filming it directly in the fish tank - but that didnt turn out well:

The music is very dramatic and perfectly suited to the action.

Zzffnn, I was zooming in and out while filming, so didnt really take note of the magnification - I would say about 10x minimum and 80-90x maximum zoom. Hope that helps :?:
