It's nice to have good weather and insects back (even though I never stop to shoot during the winter)
Same individual, in a single session .. the insect was moving around between photos

Very effective use of DOF - the tiny insect really stands out sharply against the lovely soft background!

Thank you... the 180mm of the Tamron also helped a lot to get soft backrounds.
