Measurement Confo Please, Optiphot Objective Turret Dovetail

Hi

Is there anyone with a Nikon Optiphot Turret handy please?

I am wanting to get a dovetail machined for me with an M42 thread on the bottom.

My measurement skills are not wonderful.

I make it 37.5mm top, 43.5mm bottom with a 6.5mm length (?) slope between the top and bottom.

Can anyone check that for me please?
