Stack of 400 images with 14 micron spacing using a 5x mitty. Didn't come out too bad IMO - despite the precipitous focus drop-off.

Really can't wait to get the iris diaphragm set up on this rig though. I have 2 of 3 parts in hand now - just one to go. Waiting...

Impressive stack, great perspective !
I'm using little bit different technique to blur focus drop-off (you need little bit deeper stack):
