This time I would like to present to you my latest bargain.
This is the Olympus ULWD MSPlan 50x /0.55 ?/0 f=180.
Up too now I have only measured its working distance and its magnification.
The working distance is approximately 10mm .
The magnification depends on the photo-lens, which is used instead of the tube-lens.
(measured by a slide with an accuracy of 0.1 mm)
The calculation of the magnification = M-photo * M-micro / Tube-length delivers different results.
( tube-length in this case is the distance between the sensor and the microscope objective.)
For the macro lens I had to use the tele-converter, otherwise the VF sensor would not be fully illuminated.
Hopefully there will not be too much CA ?
