First try automated slider - bug portrait

Post by BRTech »

This is my first picture made with my automated macrorail as described here below. The distance between the pictures were 0,1 mm.

The picture (Heteroptera spec.) is made to stack about 80 photo's in Zerene stacker. I hope you like it. :D

Note: I adapted the size of the picture to 1000 x 667px.

Wow that's very "in your face ":)

I just tried coying it to Photoshop for a dose of "Curves > Auto ". That fills the histogram more, giving darker blacks and lighter, er, lights. Did you try anything like that?

Hello Chris,
Thank you for replying.:)
I only changed (increase) the contrast a little in Adobe Lightroom after the stack was done.
The result was saved in TIFF format en later i converted the picture in JPG format for showing on the internet.
