Hello: I have a camera Panasonic Lumix FZ35 with a lens Leica Vario Elmarit with a focal length of 86.4mm f / 8 aperture (18x optical zoom) coupled to a microscope with 30x magnification: is it possible to know the total increase team ?

The best way is to use a micrometer slide (also known as stage micrometer) and actually measure it. There are lots of them at ebay at reasonable prices, better look for one with 10micrometers fine divisions "1/100"
You can also do it with a ruler with a low magnification objective

To get actual magnification on sensor just divide image size/subject size , for example if the image width is 0.5mm and the sensor width is 10mm your magnification on sensor is 20X.

This is also very useful to draw scale bars that will also be adequate when displaying the image at prints and monitors despite the final magnification being different

When you say "coupled to a microscope with 30x magnification" what does it mean? If you refer to 10X eyepieces and 3X objective this is visual magnification. Photo magnification will be different and variable with your camera lens focal length.
For example:
3X(objective) X 10X(eyepiece) X 86.4(camera lens focal length) / 250 = 10.4
will give approximately your magnification if this is the case.

Could you post more details, or better pictures, of your setup?

10.4X in a small sensor with a 3X objective seems too much magnification. Likely the image will not be very good. Be aware that you'll need to magnify the sensor image a lot to see it at the computer monitor. Even with a APSC DSLR it will be too high (I shot at objective X 1.6X with one of them), even with a FF camera it is a bit too high.
Could you use it at lower zoom sets without unacceptable vignette?
