Hello back,
now I could do some tests with the new camera, Olympus OM-D EM5 mk2. It´s a very good camera and compared to my 5D2 pretty tiny. The camera have only a quarter FOV to the 5D2 but on this area a three times higher resolution in high res mode! For a 10x objective, this is pretty much oversampled, but for 20x and 50x it would be ok...
Well, the upper left corner is a very little unsharp than the other corners, but I can deal with it. Because of the oversampling, structures are pictured soft, but at usable resolution it looks all pretty sharp. There is no noise and no vibration during work.
I did also some Sorbothane damper under the breadboard (as Rik mentioned).

I´m pretty statisfied with that camera. Now I going to do some photography...
