For something different...here I was testing a new 5X Mitutoyo objective with a very shallow stack. Subject is a flat slab of translucent agate. Lighting is from non-diffused LED lamps. FOV 4.4mm.

Based on the detail present on some other posted images I get the feeling my downsizing could be done a little better but not sure..
