Zerene question

Post by Olympusman »

When I do my stacks in Zerene,
sometimes it starts the stack with the lowest file name number and sometimes it goes from back to front. How can I consistently get the stack to go in an ascending sequence rather than a descending sequence?

Select options/preferences from the menu.

Select the "alignment" item. In there you will see a checkbox labelled "automatic order". Uncheck that and images will stack in the order displayed.

Michael, probably you should uncheck the Scale option also. Turning off Scale will also prevent re-ordering, and for your microscope work it probably has other benefits too. See the discussion at http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... 9878#79878.
